What exactly do you call this art style? I see it all the time, but I can't pinpoint the name. Would someone please help? And I love love LOVE how you draw hair! SO GOOD!

its not really a style or a movement. I'm not sure how I feel about you seeing it everywhere. That makes me a bit uncomfortable. The only relating thing I can say is that this is a pen and ink style that became popularized with Harry Clarke and Aubrey Beardsley.
